Personal data identified with an asterisk in the forms must be collected in order to fulfil the purposes indicated, so that if any of the required data are not provided, your request cannot be attended to, you cannot be provided with services, or your order cannot be processed.
6. Accuracy of data
The user declares that the personal data that she / he provides to ADI via the Website or through any form submitted by our commercial agents are true.
The user bears sole liability for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused to ADI as the responsible person for this Website, or to a third person, if the user completes any form using false data or the data of a third party without first obtaining that third party’s consent, causing deception, damage, or loss.

ADI can make international data transfers in specific cases through its data processors (e-mail services, marketing services, etc.), and it has signed with the aforementioned data processors the related guarantees that legitimate the aforesaid international transfers.
Whenever possible, ADI tries to use tools of which the servers are preferably in Spain, or, failing that, in a European Union Member State.
The foregoing is understood without prejudice to what is indicated in the Cookie Policy in relation to international transfers, which, if appropriate, could be carried out as a consequence of using specific cookies.
9. Data-storage period
In general, personal data shall be stored provided that you do not revoke your consent or request their deletion, as well as for the time needed to fulfil the legal requirements that are binding upon ADI, and, where appropriate, to maintain the contractual relationship with the user.

11. Exercising rights
